You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition as when you received it
Unworn or unused
With tags attached
In its original packaging
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

We’ll provide a link to our return portal, where you can easily download a prepaid shipping label and follow the instructions for returning your item.
Good news: You won’t need to cover the return shipping costs!
Important: Please do not send items back without contacting us first — we won’t be able to process returns sent without prior authorization.
If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away upon delivery. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
We cannot accept returns for:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
Custom products (e.g., personalized or made-to-order items)

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to return or cancel your order within 14 days of delivery — for any reason.
The item must still meet the same return eligibility criteria listed above.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund
